Think all meditation happens quietly on a cushion?  One of the (many) things I love about Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is the vast range of meditations that are anything but quiet and are super effective at calming down a mind in motion!

One of the other major meditation misconceptions is that we need an hour to meditate, and whilst every minute we can spare is great, the good news is that we don’t need an hour on the cushion to get the job done.

Today I am sharing one of my favorite meditations for when life just gets to be too much that you feel you will explode, this meditation will take that energy and transmute and transform it, leaving you feeling lighter and brighter than when you started,
